An elderly couple was arrested after police caught one of them, 76, performing oral sex on the other, 64, in a city park.

James Harsey and Audra Rodriguez, from South Carolina, were charged with lewd and lascivious conduct after a police officer spotted their liaison by a bridge in Balsam Park, Myrtle Beach.

The couple were surrounded by vodka bottles and appeared to be drunk. The officer said Harsey, 76, had his head between the legs of Rodriguez, 64.

The arrest report states: ‘The officer observed offender two laying on her back with her shorts and panties pulled down to her ankles and her genitals exposed.

‘Offender one was laying face down between offender two’s legs performing oral sex on Offender two.’

Along with misdemeanor lewd and lascivious conduct charges, Harsey and Rodriguez were charged with being intoxicated in the park, according to The Smoking Gun, where ‘they had three bottles of vodka, all opened’.

In the report, Rodriguez is listed as homeless, and Harsey has a Myrtle Beach address.
