According to Tameka Raymond, ex-wife of Usher, her former husband’s remorse for the death of her son is phoney and a desperate attempt to gain sympathy from his fans and the court during their custody battle.

Usher asked the court to postpone the custody hearing in light of the tragic death of Tameka’s son Kile to avoid anymore stress for him, his ex-wife, and the two sons they share.

Additionally, the R&B singer believes Tameka will have and unfair advantage since a court wouldn’t rule against someone who just lost their son.

However, Tameka’s lawyer recently filed documents saying Usher’s claims of “stress and strain” are completely “BOGUS” and that his request to delay the hearing is a “sham.”

Along with skipping the funeral, Tameka claims Usher only paid one visit to the hospital while Kile was on life support for 15 days after being injured in a jet ski incident.

The mourning mother also said that when begging for Usher to tweet “Please pray for Kile,” the singer refused and instead tweeted a picture of his breakfast with the caption “Breakfast of Champions.”

Tameka wants the judge to deny Usher’s request and demand him to appear in court for the next scheduled hearing on August 13th.
